1.The Administrator processes personal data in compliance with the following principles:

5)no more than needed (adequacy);

6) taking care of the correctness of data (correctness);

§3. Purposes, legal basis and scope of data processing

6) for statistical and analytical purposes, if you have consented to our use of cookies for analytical purposes (analytical cookies);

§4. We do not perform automatic profiling on the website.

1.We do not use automatic profiling on the Website to create marketing campaigns based on measuring user activity, thanks to which we would be able to direct the advertising material we have selected to a precisely indicated user.

Although we use the advertising systems of our partners (Facebook, Google), the information and data they obtain about your activity on the Website, based on which we can create marketing campaigns, are not automatic profiling, because on their basis we are not able to make decisions about you as a specific user (e.g. showing you a specific advertisement). We can only create advertisements for groups of users, based on general statistical data provided by partners. We are not able to ensure that a specific user sees an advertisement selected by us based on activity data.

§5. Recipients of data and the intention to transfer data to a country outside the EEA or an international organisation.

1.Depending on the purpose for which we process your data, the recipients of your personal data may be:

1) state offices and other public institutions, to the extent that the obligations to transfer data result from the provisions of the law in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland, for purposes related to the implementation of legal obligations incumbent on the administrator, such as the pursuit of legal claims, fulfillment of tax obligations and other proceedings regulated by relevant legal provisions;

2)the Website software provider (hosting, server, domain); 

3) the entity responsible for programming the Website;

4) an entity responsible for marketing the Website and managing Social Media channels;

5)a provider of software for storing data and documents in the cloud;

6) software provider for managing cookies and the scope of processed data;

1.We are unable to specify a single period for which we will process your data.

2. If you have provided us with your data in a message sent by e-mail, telephone, via a form or via social media where we have our company profiles, we will process your data until you submit a request to delete this data or object to the processing, but also in the event that we consider that we have fulfilled the legitimate interest of the Administrator.

1. In connection with the processing of your data, you have the following rights: 1) access to the content of your data and the right to rectify, delete and limit processing;

2) the right to transfer data; 3) the right to object; 4) the right to withdraw consent to their processing at any time and in any form, unless the data is processed for the purpose of performing the contract by the Administrator, for the Administrator to fulfill its legal obligations towards state institutions or for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interests of the Administrator. 2.
