There is a 2 years warranty period for all wheels purchased from us.
If during this period there are any manufacturing defects on the components, we will replace them or you will receive new wheels.
In the last 2 years, out of the hundreds of wheels you have used, we had only 2 (two) warranty cases.
This means that we have properly selected component suppliers, and in particular the manufacturers of carbon rims.
Along with the delivery of the wheels, you will receive a Warranty Card, which in more than 99.5% of cases will lie in the drawers and will be a souvenir and confirmation of how good your choice was when you decided to choose our wheels.
In other circumstances not covered by the warranty terms, you can always take advantage of the Crash Replacement program.

All our wheels are covered by the 2 years Crash Replacement program.
This is a way to repair your wheels at "cost".
And when you see our offer, you can rest assured that we have mastered the "costs" to perfection.

We use the services of DPD. If you have other preferences, please write to us and we will always adapt to your choice.
Wheels, properly secured and packed in our factory carton, will reach you in Europe within 5 days of shipping.

Returns
You can return the unused wheels to us within 14 days from the date of purchase without giving any reason and we will refund your money.
In this case, please print and fill in the attached return form (link at the bottom of the information in the RETURNS category), providing your details and account number to be returned.
Pack the wheels properly securing them (preferably in our factory carton), attach the completed return form and proof of purchase.

1Are Falcon wheels produced in China?
We build wheels in our assembly plant in Poland, from proven quality components, using professional tools and equipment. The rims come from Asia (95% of carbon rims in the world come from there). Selecting the best producers was a time-consuming but necessary process. Today we can see that it is very effective. Thousands of our wheels are used by amateurs, masters, future and current professionals and only 3 (three) complaints are the best proof of this.
2DO I HAVE TO ALIGN THE FALCON WHEELS AFTER THE FIRST RIDES?
No, you shouldn't. Because during folding, the wheels are subjected to appropriate loads on the pneumatic press. After this process, they are ready to take heavy loads without any permanent aberration requiring correction.
3CAN I "BURN" A CARBON RIM?
A carbon rim that cannot be burned has not yet been invented (applies to wheels with a braking surface on the rim). Under extreme conditions, the temperature of the braking surface of the rim can reach 300 degrees Celsius, and no resins for the production of carbon wheels have been invented yet, which do not dissolve at this temperature. Fortunately, with basic knowledge of how to brake, especially on long and steep descents in the mountains, it is difficult to destroy carbons. Falcon's have high temperature resistance. A basalt surface brake with TG 250 coefficient gives you a feeling of security. TG is the temperature above which the resin used to produce the carbon rim changes its state of aggregation from solid to "gel" and the rim begins to deform. Most of the carbon wheels on the market offer rims TG 180-210 coefficient. Therefore, Falcon rims are more resistant to damage caused by overheating during braking.
4AFTER WHAT TIME OF USING TO SERVICE FALCON WHEELS?
Caring for the cleanliness of the wheels on a daily basis, in particular the hubs, as well as the condition of the tires and the appropriate pressure in them (see the HANDBOOK ABOUT WHEELS), do not worry about the word "service". With proper use, 15-20 thousand. km, pay attention to the condition of the bearings in the hubs. May require lubrication or, in some cases, replacement. In this situation, you can send the wheels to us or use the services of reputable bicycle services in your area. If the wheels remain at rest for a long time, remember to "twist" them around their axis at least once every 2 weeks. This will certainly extend the life of the bearings.
5Can I use Falcon wheels with tubeless tires?
All Falcon wheel types are suitable for both tubeless and tube tires.
6ARE THERE SPECIAL BRAKE PADS FOR THE CARBON RIMS?
Yes, they are. Dedicated brake pads for carbon rims are made from special material, which is designed to ensure safe braking and adequate heat dissipation generated during braking. Using brake pads dedicated for aluminum rims can permanent damage carbon rim.
