WARRANTY

All wheels purchased from us are covered by a 2-year warranty.

The basis for using the warranty is the purchase document included with the shipment of wheels.

If any manufacturing defects occur in the components during this period, we will replace them or you will receive new wheels.

In other circumstances not covered by the warranty, you can always use the Crash Replacement program.

CRASH REPLACEMENT

All our wheels are covered by a 2-year Crash Replacement program.

This is a way to repair your wheels paying only for raw materials.

Your Falcon wheels have been involved in an unfortunate accident and have been damaged. Contact us.

After assessing the situation, we will prepare a cost estimate and propose the most beneficial solution for you.

DELIVERY

We use the services of GLS or UPS (shipping outside of Poland). If you have other preferences, please write to us and we will always adapt to your choice.

The wheels, properly secured and packed in an appropriate, special box (which should be unfolded and kept after receiving the wheels in case, for example, you wish to send the wheels to us for a service inspection) will reach you in Poland within 24 hours of shipment.

The cost of delivery including the box is PLN 50 within Poland.

Shipping outside Poland within Europe, delivery time is max. 7 days at a cost of max. 49 euros (depending on the destination country).

RETURNS

You can return unused wheels to us within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason and we will refund your money.

In this case, please print and complete the attached returns form (link at the bottom of the information in the RETURNS category) providing your details and bank account number for the refund.

Pack the wheels, securing them appropriately (preferably in our box), attach the completed returns form and proof of purchase.

Once we receive and verify the shipment, we will inform you about its receipt and refund the funds to the bank account provided in the form.

IMPORTANT

The returned product cannot show any traces of use.

The cost of shipping the returned product to the seller is borne by the buyer.

You will receive a refund of your purchase within a maximum of 14 days.

You can return the wheels you ordered in the 0% installment system. To do this, contact us. Cancelling an order paid for using 0% Installments involves the need to cover 5% commission. This is the cost we incurred to enable you to pay in installments without interest.
