Warranty

There is a 2 years warranty period for all wheels purchased from us.

If during this period there are any manufacturing defects on the components, we will replace them or you will receive new wheels.

In the last 2 years, out of the hundreds of wheels you have used, we had only 2 (two) warranty cases.

This means that we have properly selected component suppliers, and in particular the manufacturers of carbon rims.

Along with the delivery of the wheels, you will receive a Warranty Card, which in more than 99.5% of cases will lie in the drawers and will be a souvenir and confirmation of how good your choice was when you decided to choose our wheels.

In other circumstances not covered by the warranty terms, you can always take advantage of the Crash Replacement program.

Crash Replacement

All our wheels are covered by the 2 years Crash Replacement program.

This is a way to repair your wheels at „cost”.

And when you see our offer, you can rest assured that we have mastered the „costs” to perfection.

Your Falcon wheels have been involved in the mishap and have been damaged. Contact us.

After assessing the situation, we will prepare a cost estimate and suggest the best solution for you.

You will surely be satisfied.

SHIPPMENT

We use the services of DPD. If you have other preferences, please write to us and we will always adapt to your choice.

Wheels, properly secured and packed in our factory carton, will reach you in Europe within 5 days of shipping.

Returns

You can return the unused wheels to us within 14 days from the date of purchase without giving any reason and we will refund your money.

In this case, please print and fill in the attached return form (link at the bottom of the information in the RETURNS category), providing your details and account number to be returned.

Pack the wheels properly securing them (preferably in our factory carton), attach the completed return form and proof of purchase.

After receiving the package and its verification, we will inform you about its receipt and we will refund the funds to the bank account provided in the form.

IMPORTANT

 The returned product cannot bear traces of use.

The buyer pays for shipping the returned product to the seller.

You will receive a refund of the purchase costs up to 14 days.
